What happens at each stage of building your app with Appnestor, from discovery to launch and growth.

A good process is what separates an app that launches on time from one that drifts for months. Here is exactly how we take a project from first conversation to the App Store and Google Play, and what you can expect at each step.
1. Discovery & strategy
We start by understanding your goals, users and market. Together we define the scope, the success metrics and a realistic roadmap. You leave this stage with a clear plan, a timeline and a fixed estimate.
2. UI/UX design
Our designers turn the plan into wireframes and then a clickable prototype in Figma. You can tap through the app on your phone before a single line of code is written, which makes changes quick and cheap.
3. Agile development
We build in two-week sprints. At the end of each sprint you see a working demo, so progress is visible and priorities can change based on what you learn. Features ship incrementally, not in one risky release.
4. QA & testing
Every feature is tested manually and with automated tests across devices, OS versions and edge cases such as poor connectivity, so problems are caught before your users see them.
5. Deployment & launch
We handle App Store and Google Play submissions, store listings and production servers. Because we follow each store’s guidelines from the start, apps usually pass review on the first attempt. We stay close during launch week.
6. Support & growth
After launch we monitor crashes and performance, keep the app compatible with new OS releases, and plan new features based on real usage data.
What you get throughout
- A dedicated team that stays with your project from start to finish
- Direct access to your developers and weekly updates
- Full ownership of your source code, designs and IP
- An NDA before we discuss details, if you’d like one
